The TUM Institute of Maritime and Seafaring Studies (IMSS) community is proud to announce that Cadet Rumaisa has been selected to represent the university at the prestigious Korea Global Onboard Training Programme (GOBT) 2026, marking a significant achievement and bringing honor to the institution.
In a show of support and recognition, the Director of TUM IMSS met with Cadet Rumaisa ahead of the event, commending her dedication, hard work, and commitment that have earned her this distinguished opportunity.
Representing TUM on an international platform, Cadet Rumaisa will serve as an Ambassador of the university's values of excellence, leadership, and professionalism. The Global Onboard Training Programme (GOBT) is an international maritime training initiative hosted by South Korea's Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and organized by the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology (KIMFT) in Busan.
