- Must poses a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Institutional Management or its equivalent from a recognized Learning institution.
- Must have served in Hotel at management level for at least three (3) years Or
- Must possess a diploma in Hotel and institution Management or its equivalent from a recognized Learning institution.
- Must have served in Hotel at Management level for at least five (5) years Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulating, planning and controlling of the organization budget
- Formulation and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan
- Maintain discipline and high standard of courtesy in all the staff
- Set and Maintain high standard of Hotel services
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and licensing law.
- Handling customers’ complaints and queries (vii) Conduct aggressive marketing of the Hotel.
(viii) Ensuring the achievement of the set targets.
